My Definition is a poster campaign started by the UNB Student Union, in cooperation with the STU Students’ Union and UNB Counselling Services.

University students are the demographic most likely to be affected by mental health issues, and unfortunately there is an enormous stigma surrounding these issues. This campaign is designed to help break the silence, and let students on our campus know that while your mental health is a part of who you are, it does not define you.

To learn more about the individuals involved in the campaign, click on the “Faces of the Campaign” page. To find out how you can get involved, click on the “Get Involved!” tab. If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health issue, a list of resources is available on our “Resources” page.
